      Pros

      The people are fantastic, nice and kind people who really want to do their best. Lots of respect from managers to co-workers. Pay was also pretty decent for interns and was given a great deal of respect and attention. Lots of people who have been here all their careers.

      Cons

      Work is on and off, it really depends on luck and who is your manager and how much they want to leverage your skills. Not much in terms of career progression, even for people who have full time offers. Change is not easily/ readily accepted, projects move s. l. o. w.

      Pros

      Great salary, discounts on JLR and Ford vehicles, shift allowance, training, good holiday's and great career prospects for those who want to progress within the company.

      Cons

      Very few cons for working at JLR. Working shifts, performing catch back overtime and a very intensive assessment centre event.
