      Pros

      Some great people and superb products make it a fast paced place to work. Growth has come despite the best efforts are archaic processes and methods

      Cons

      Purchasing processes are all legacy ford. No empowerment of employees. Hierarchy rules and everybody escalates everything tiger the decision they want. Obsession of programmes to drive everything as urgent means that in fact nothin is urgent. Buyers are overrun with transaction dross that leaves next to no time for quality strategy development and implementation Gaydon and Whitley sites are totally over capacity. Traffic parking and office accommodation is all completely unacceptable for a 35000 people £20bn luxury brand company.

      Pros

      Benefits are extremely good at all levels of the business and smarter working programmes etc are in place. Products are selling well and new product development is at the heart of the business.

      Cons

      Poor leadership within Global Marketing and senior teams (executive). Core strategies not embedded within business and therefore hard to understand long term goals. Constant new initiatives, MS&S reorganisation every year and lack of promotion from within have led to negative culture within teams.
