      Pros

      Some great people and superb products make it a fast paced place to work. Growth has come despite the best efforts are archaic processes and methods

      Cons

      Purchasing processes are all legacy ford. No empowerment of employees. Hierarchy rules and everybody escalates everything tiger the decision they want. Obsession of programmes to drive everything as urgent means that in fact nothin is urgent. Buyers are overrun with transaction dross that leaves next to no time for quality strategy development and implementation Gaydon and Whitley sites are totally over capacity. Traffic parking and office accommodation is all completely unacceptable for a 35000 people £20bn luxury brand company.

      successful company growing very fast

      not a real great care for employees. A lot of theory on what to do for the people, make them grow, etc, but very little practice in the positives

      OK salary levels, some really good managers and decent social team events, products are exciting and dynamic. Half decent perks.

      Cons

      Awful parking, petty rules (no wet food at breakfast, beans, tomatoes etc.) rule by fear, promotions and bonuses given out by who you know not what you know. Culture of climbing the ladder by cosying up to management while treading all over fellow colleagues, need eyes in back of your head to dodge knives!!
