Business Outlook
Pros
Strong team culture. Good bonus. Supportive management. London main office is in good location near bars/cafes/pubs on canal side where it’s nice to sit on the grass and chill in the summer.
Cons
Offices are still a bit empty so hard for new people to meet other people. No company events planned as far as I know so although everyone is friendly it’s hard to socialise apart from with your own team that you met over zoom etc. sure that will change.
