Pros

Multinational company with a strong heritage and identity.

Cons

Practically zero investment into the African subsidiary compared to the international subsidiaries. No clear direction from senior management. Strategy is non-existent. Vast pay gaps between senior and entry level staff. Interns supplement the company's inability to invest in talent. The office has a negative vibe created by disinterested old timers and underpaid young talent. No succession plans or desire to develop personal growth.
