Pros

Willing to hire almost anyone with a degree, gives you some industry experience.

Cons

No raises, constantly overworked, below industry salary, no paid overtime, micromanagement. Due to covid, most employees that have not been let go are doing the work of multiple people.

Pros

Good people, good team spirit, good prospects for promotion, flexible working, fun people, small teams (so you can learn a lot quickly), open atmosphere. People are kind.

Cons

hard work, can feel relentless, salaries lower than other places, small teams (so a lot of work). Feels like the rewards/pay/bonuses aren't in line with the work that is required.
