      Pros

      Autonomy, Great people to work with. Previously great guidance from Directors. Focused on outcomes rather than methodology.

      Cons

      Leadership, communication and decision making is woeful in Development. when I started this was all great. Recent (ish) Director appointments reflect that the company is employing great talkers, and not great doers.

      Pros

      I think it's a good atmosphere, it's a place that rewards hard work and talent. I think the two new CEOs are trying to change things for the better and do listen to staff. I would recommend this company as a great place for people willing to grasp the opportunity.

      Cons

      It is trying to change, but it still is quite corporate. I guess if you want to work at a company with beanbags and table tennis tables, then this won't be for you.

      Very nice team. My line manager was considerate and mindful. International company. A perfect career kickstart.

      Cons

      The prospects of professional development, regardless of salary development, appear limited if you're not ready to move.
