This company is very cheap. They only pay top management good salaries and the working conditions are rather poor. Only those who speak french can advance to Senior level roles.

This company is solely managed by a woman, a woman who is harsh, mean, and unkind to everyone except her boss. She is a passion killer; all the remaining staffs here are hopeless without passion. She is a micro-management freak and doesn't trust anyone, and she needs to know anything anywhere anytime, like using salesforce, but we have no budget for any CRM. She even needs to know how frequent a staff use the toilet. She is a persecutory type, always thinking that someone will betray her and threaten her throne. She is not a leader either. If she succeeds, she will not share with you. If she spots the trap, she will force you to go first by using her authority. She lacks time management skills, always misses the meeting schedule, and you need to wait for hours to meet her. She is not a talented one. It is disgraceful to tell others that she is your boss. As a top management of an international corporation, her presentation skill is terrible, either in English or Chinese. She is probably the worst top management in the world. With this management like this, you better think again before you submit.
