Pros
Hybrid work environment. I’d say only consider working here as an entry level position out of college. Not a lot of room for growth
Cons
Very low pay. Only when you get offered a new job, do they scramble to try and get you a raise. Company morale is very low and a depressing environment to be in. After working here for a long time, I witnessed the decline in energy and care for the staff from HR and upper management.
