Pros

The Company is concerned about employees work stability. Familiar environment.

Cons

Lack of emotional Management from the Management Team leading to screaming and a lack of leadership. Some of the workers have more than 20 years of company and don't want the change of the new generation. Some of the workers try to hide their irresponsibility and hypocrisy on the years they have on the company. New ideas are not welcome. Friendships mix with the work.

Pros

HR/People Team has refreshed the business in recent years. Co-CEO direction is clear and filters down well, most of the time. Interesting projects and a good place to learn whole lifecycle. Fair pay and generous bonus most years. Good people with best intentions. Some very good people managers in senior positions.

Cons

Open plan office environment feels clinical and cold. Employees span two offices. This leads to a feeling of detachment for most in Brentford, unless you are fortunate to work in a role that requires some travel, i.e. Development or Projects. Direction from Development departments is often misguided and opposed to creativity and quality - money always comes first! Lack of creativity in design. Only the fortunate and most experienced will get the opportunity to work on the best projects. The others will keep building the same products from 10-15 years ago. Suggestions that there are poor/cliquey managers in some senior positions.
