Pros

People are friendly & outgoing. You can learn a lot if you are in the beginning of your career.

Cons

Very sales focused, for non-sales employees progression development is very slow. Salary is not satisfactory in the long run. Moving up the ladder can take a very long time and is on a replacement basis. The business is very much focused on profit-making, employees are replaceable attitude. Work can be mundane.

Pros

Stable income as the airport has large clients

Cons

Too much sales culture by relationship building as part of Chinese state owned enterprise culture Not professional because it's just business clients will do, no other options for big clients because airport advertisement was a monopoly business. The entire sales team was close-minded and anti-intellectual, no friendly attitude to new employees, with a culture to cursing people behind. French senior management were not professional, and the Chinese middle management was poor and immature in leading people. This company had a too much gangster atmosphere.
