      Toxic work culture, poor management, poor compensation

      Pros

      Somewhat flexible work, they have many opportunities for different projects. Health insurance plan was ok at best.

      Cons

      Poor management. Constantly mismatched skillset to work. They'll also call you outside of work hours, because they think you should be available whenever you're needed. On average, my coworkers and I found ourselves underpaid for the work we did, by like 40%

      Dont ever think to join Infosys + Westpac client for Sydney location

      You can take it as props or cons -> Less meetings

      Cons

      1. Infosys Sydney based managers are really less of ethics. They dont care about you , only you are billable that matters for them. 2. If you try to speak HR or out resignation they stop all your claims and their HR dont do anything. 3. Very less opportunity to learn and Westpac scrum master treats you like student. 4. You need to extend working hours till 10pm on regular basis and manager takes it as default. 5. No medium to help you. If you are "Not bad" in your skills then dont even think to go in this trap.
