1. Multiple learning opportunities will be available. 2. Every quarter you can do new certification from SAP, Amazon,etc. 3. Hybrid mode with good project team members available 4. Yearly decent hike 7-10% and Variable pay out will come for sure.

Cons

You will not get released from the project if you are good performer even after 18 months , though we request also it will not work out. Also the pay scale compared to market standard is low.
