Business Outlook
Pros
IBM has unlimited trainings which can be taken at his/her preferred time. Unlike other companies, IBM adjusts to IBMers needs/comforts such as allowing IBMers to work from home, providing internet, mobile, and transportation allowance.
Cons
Once a grad hire finishes his/her first project, his next project will be almost same to the previous project as it is so called their stepping stone. This maybe good for the company, however, some IBMers wants to explore other skills\opportunity, yet not given the opportunity due to work history. A colleague of mine, he was unable to be rolled off to the project and had been extended for more years instead of months, resulting to lost his interest to take trainings than he usually does.
