Pros
It matches my interesting. It provide very good environment. We often have comping and play event. People often get back to home very early. Often have tea time and tech talk. The people are all very nice and like to share knowledge and experience in IBM. The collaboration is very good, we often use instant messenger to help each other even we are in different location.
Cons
The food in cafeteria is expensive. We often have tech talk in each Research Center, however, we cannot see all the talk on-line. It will be much better if IBM provide free drink and free food.
