Pros

My first manager was good, but she left

Cons

Stay away from this company. Their work culture is a nightmare – it's super toxic. They're always firing people left and right, making job security a joke. The bosses? Forget about it, they're clueless and don't care about their employees at all. And don't get me started on their shady practices. It's just a bad place to work, period.

Pros

The pros are that there's breakfast every Monday, and you can get a coffee whenever you need from 'The Garden'." Zero learning opportunities.

Cons

Lack of diversity and inclusivity in the workplace, such as excluding certain groups from social events or promotions. Favoritism and nepotism in decision-making processes, which may impact promotions and other opportunities. A lack of transparency and communication from management, resulting in employees receiving updates from sources other than their manager. Micromanagement and an overly controlling work environment, which may lead to reduced autonomy and creativity. A lack of recognition and appreciation for employee contributions and hard work, which may be influenced by favoritism or bias. An overly competitive work environment that promotes cutthroat behavior among employees. Punitive measures for minor mistakes, without considering employee intentions or circumstances. Pointing fingers and blaming others for mistakes, without taking responsibility or initiative. A lack of clear policies and procedures for conflict resolution, performance evaluations, and promotions, leading to ambiguity and uncertainty. A lack of support for employee wellbeing, such as inadequate break times, mental health days, or family leave. Gossip and rumors circulating around the workplace, creating a negative and unproductive atmosphere. Difficulty in trusting colleagues due to a lack of transparency, communication, and inclusivity. The promotion of employees based solely on their seniority or tenure, rather than their qualifications or merit.
