- A whole lot of politics - Every team is looking out for themselves and each team member looking out for themselves. It encourages a very toxic work environment which you would not like especially if you came from a more collaborative environment before. - There are a lot of individuals that joined from south america and they all know each other which hinders someone else's chances of advancing since they all take care of each other. - Management takes rash decisions without looking into what they really want to do. If that's hiring or firing, both decisions are taken without much thought. They once hired 3 people, 2 of them quit their job to join this company and they were fired in the first month. No notice, one month extra pay, visa canceled. All 3 of them were shocked and couldn't do much - Team chemistry is almost dead, everyone just tries to please their manager and that's it. No real team bonding exercises, everyone sticks to themselves. I think they had all the fun during the early days of the company. - Leadership team seems unsure what the next steps are. They keep changing strategies and moving leaders to different departments to see if something would change. Monthly all hands are just a bunch of excuses and lack of ownership for any bad performance. Blaming other leaders that they mightve fired. - Lastly, company culture is non existent. HR themselves don't know what it is and they've started to rebrand it slowly. However, not a lot is taking seriously, managers can push employees to come on weekends or work extra hours plus be extremely rude and pushy but HR won't act on it since some managers have been there for a long time.
