      Pros

      Fast-paced company, very dynamic, KPI driven, appreciates autonomy and ownership, encourages career development and also rewards it all within a startup environment. The people at Huspy are the best! very smart, sharp and ambitious and the teams are very young and dynamic.

      Cons

      As a startup things are changing, some others are not very structured but you can tell that Huspy is moving on the right direction towards being more structured.

      - Great business model - Product needs work but they have the right team in place now, we can see weekly improvements - The leadership is world class - The numbers are up every month, which drives motivation
