      Dynamic and ambitious scale up with lots of growth opportunity

      Pros

      - fast paced environment - many tier 1 new joiners who brought in a lot of expertise and great work ethic, creating lots of learning opportunities - clear direction forward and sense of unity - leadership surprisingly super available and down to earth - high transparency in expectations (no BS culture) - overall it's a place to drive real impact and push limits with opportunities to grow as fast as you push for

      Cons

      - high pressure and pace changed practically overnight, and it's not for everyone (recent layoffs impacted a number of people who have been with the company a few years but didn't adjust to the change)

      - They are doing well on the ground, sales, real estate agents, ..etc are doing very well as normal as any real estate agency. - Some titles get a good salary - Shares options may be good in the current company status

      Cons

      - Not a tech company, lack of tech leadership, influence, and direction. - No one cares, on one happy, the company just raised Series B and tried to do a buzz on social media, but only CXOs are celebrating; no one else. - Hired many people from a well-known toxic fintech company, now they are passing the same vibes and culture. - It will take you to work endless hours just to meet expectations and not be part of the next terminations (same as that fintech company). "If you have a girlfriend or a family, forget about it" - Senior leadership in all hands product meeting

      Pros

      High salaries for some roles. Smart individuals on the team, though many are short-lived.

      Cons

      Culture is deeply toxic: favoritism, backchannel politics, and ego-driven leadership dominate every level. Founders are inaccessible and unaccountable. Vision changes weekly and execution suffers as a result. Burnout is rampant due to unrealistic expectations and constant fire drills. Turnover is extreme. Perpetual hiring/replacing cycles. Management confuses speed with strategy, and noise with productivity. The “family” narrative is used to guilt employees into overwork, despite no real support.
