      Management doesn't vague policies which doesn't resonate with anything to be longterm There's a lot leg pulling & Politics going on under the new Real Estate CEO, He doesn't understand the business fully but he is there God knows for what reason They're trying grow to quickly which puts more pressure on to the employees which means all of the employees are under a constant pressure of getting fired any moment.

      - The company has long-term growth plans in the next couple of years which will see it step foot into new territories. - In a subtle way, the culture follows a "flat hierarchy" in the good sense that better collaboration and communication is followed, alongside the fact that Huspy is strong in the Diversity & Inclusion front. - The management ensures to address any feedback on certain topics that needs attention asap. - No matter what your role is, you'll have a sense of ownership and motivation to support in building the business.
