Pros

- was a cool place before the former CTO and cofounder left. - Some very nice and professional employees. - Good salary

Cons

There are things I experienced and others I've heard about From what I've experienced it is nothing new from what other people in Glassdoor mentioned. * Lack of ethics* 1. HR does not help with ethical issues. 2. If HR is involved in your issues, you are out soon. 3. Massive abuse of "PIP", Managers use pip for personal reasons 4. People were put on PIP and kicked out with no prior warnings *Fight Club* 1. Managers fight among themselves for power in unethical ways 2. Mangers kick old squads and employ people they know 3. Top Managers kick each other, managers kick employees *Lack of Growth Plans* 1. No clear growth plans for individuals * Blame Culture * There is a blame culture in the company. When a manager wants to get away with a lack of performance, they blame some employees, kick them out and everyone is happy. What I've heard multiple times but never seen personally 1. Hiring is biased towards certain countries which creates power spots 2. Some managers are chosen from close circles to the CEO

Pros

Free tea and coffee and cheap food in canteen

Cons

The company feels more like a social club than a professional work environment. There is a clear sense of favoritism, and management often fails to address issues or provide support. They sell you the dream during the interview process, but the reality doesn't match up. The manager seems disengaged and doesn't provide meaningful guidance. Many employees are handed leads and clients without having to put in the effort. The office floor lacks enthusiasm, making it difficult to stay motivated

Pros

Free Hot Drinks: The company provides complimentary tea and coffee, which is a nice perk. Affordable Snacks: The availability of cheap sandwiches is convenient for a quick lunch without breaking the bank. Decent Commission Structure: The commission scheme is competitive, offering good earning potential if you're able to close deals.

Cons

Poor Management: The manager lacks the skills and experience to provide proper guidance, support, or training. There’s no real effort to develop agents or push them to succeed, leaving employees feeling directionless. Low Office Morale: The environment is extremely demotivating. Most agents are inexperienced and struggling to close deals, creating a toxic cycle of stress and dissatisfaction. Unprofessional Behaviour: The manager came into work hungover, making it impossible to rely on them for leadership. We had to organise our own team meetings because they would forget. Unfair Opportunities: Despite being told you’ll specialise in one area, certain agents are allowed to work across multiple areas, creating inequality and frustration among the team. Blatant Favouritism: Experienced agents who close the most deals receive the majority of attention and support, while newer or struggling agents are largely ignored. Frequent shuffling of the seating plan means that underperforming agents are seated further away from the leadership team, reinforcing a sense of exclusion.
