Pros
Free Hot Drinks: The company provides complimentary tea and coffee, which is a nice perk. Affordable Snacks: The availability of cheap sandwiches is convenient for a quick lunch without breaking the bank. Decent Commission Structure: The commission scheme is competitive, offering good earning potential if you're able to close deals.
Cons
Poor Management: The manager lacks the skills and experience to provide proper guidance, support, or training. There’s no real effort to develop agents or push them to succeed, leaving employees feeling directionless. Low Office Morale: The environment is extremely demotivating. Most agents are inexperienced and struggling to close deals, creating a toxic cycle of stress and dissatisfaction. Unprofessional Behaviour: The manager came into work hungover, making it impossible to rely on them for leadership. We had to organise our own team meetings because they would forget. Unfair Opportunities: Despite being told you’ll specialise in one area, certain agents are allowed to work across multiple areas, creating inequality and frustration among the team. Blatant Favouritism: Experienced agents who close the most deals receive the majority of attention and support, while newer or struggling agents are largely ignored. Frequent shuffling of the seating plan means that underperforming agents are seated further away from the leadership team, reinforcing a sense of exclusion.
