Pros

Good salary, benefits, bonus, stock grants. Flexible schedule 100% remote. Strong emphasis on culture and people ops. No micromanaging, left alone to accomplish goals and run my team as I see fit.

Cons

Because everyone is remote, it is difficult to communicate across teams. Size of org also makes implementing change difficult. Very corporate and hard to get things done. If legal or finance is involved expect major delays. Feels artificial when they talk about empathy. I was laid off due to streamlining. Had nothing to do with performance. All my reviews were positive and I scored high. When I was let go, everything was done through slack and email. No human connection.

Pros

Great perks especially 90 day work from anywhere

Cons

Expectations are unclear, and you are told that you won't receive guidance as you are in a senior role
