Pros

Best sales training and onboarding I have had. Clear playbooks, live coaching, and real skill development. Managers give specific, actionable feedback every week that actually helps you improve. Strong team culture. People are supportive, positive, and willing to help you get better. Clear expectations and structure. You always know your metrics, goals, and what you need to do to move up. Solid tech stack — HubSpot CRM, Gong, Sales Navigator, and good enablement content. Real internal mobility. If you hit your numbers, promotion to AE or other paths is realistic within a year. Leadership listens. They take feedback seriously and make changes when needed.

Cons

It is very metrics driven. You need to be comfortable with activity expectations and consistent accountability. High volume role — lots of calls, emails, and follow-ups every day. Not a fit if you prefer a slower pace. Quotas are fair but not easy. You have to stay disciplined to hit them. Meetings and enablement sessions can feel heavy at times, especially during busy weeks. The role can feel repetitive if you are not naturally motivated by prospecting. Time zones can make scheduling tricky depending on your territory.
