      Good company to work for.

      Cons

      Almost none. Maybe some disconnection between product groups which leads to slow decision making but this is typical of companies at this size.

      The company has many attractive commission plans. Which are not there. The pressure to do best at the role has increase. The promotions are not motivating anymore.
