Pros

Good scope for progression Ability to move around Management for the most part friendly and helpful Good work life balance

Cons

Sales targets ramp up very fast for new hires The best reps have tricks of the trade around getting accounts in their name or building relationships with agencies that they very much keep to themselves Doing the day to day KPI's and tasks is seldomly enough to hit target - you either find a system / way of doing things that's outside the box or fall behind

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We’re really glad to hear you’ve found growth opportunities and that your experience with HubSpot’s culture, management, and work-life balance has been positive overall. We also appreciate your feedback on ramp and sales enablement. We know ramping in sales can be intense, and it’s important to us that new hires feel both challenged and supported. That's why we have invested in dedicated Ramp managers to support and guide newer members of the team during their first 12 months. Our leadership and enablement teams are constantly working to refine onboarding, training, and coaching to help reps feel confident and set up for long-term success. We’ll continue to look at how we can improve, and we appreciate your insights. The very best of luck in your next chapter! – The Sales Leadership Team

Pros

- Generally positive people and work environment - Decent overall place to work - Flexibility to work remotely

Cons

- Limited opportunities for growth, which can feel a bit restricting - Constant changes can be exhausting - Feeling of forced narratives takes away from the overall joy - Could benefit from balancing evolution with preserving authentic culture - Removed a lot of work perks lately

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear you’ve experienced a positive work environment and appreciate the flexibility to work remotely. We also understand the challenges that can come with change. As HubSpot grows and evolves, we’re being intentional about how we operate and the culture we want to build for the future. We hope that the culture evolution you saw in Monday's company meeting feels authentic and energizing. We want to clarify that while we’ve made updates to some benefits like Unlimited PTO by adding guardrails to promote fairness and consistency, we haven’t removed any perks. We recommend checking out the nitty gritty on the Wiki, HelpSpot, or at hubspot.com/careers/benefits. Thanks again for taking the time to share your perspective, and thank you for all that you do at HubSpot.
