Pros

- Great WLB - Work from home - Autonomy and flexibility (that has changed a bit, lately) - People are generally great (with a few bad apples)

Cons

- It has gotten so big, you can be in a team that no one cares about and even if you're doing great work it'll not help in your career growth - So many free loaders, it's hard to work when some people are just not engaged in work but are great talkers - Middle management is BAD. Geniunely don't think I've had 1 good manager in my 5 year tenure. - So much red tape, so much process, things move slow
