      Pros

      The culture here at HubSpot is awesome. You are empowered to make your own decisions so long as you "use good judgement". That's phrase that gets thrown around a lot and management means it. It guides pretty much everything we do here. It allows us to have fun so long as we all get our work done. Oh and the work itself is really fun. I support the sales org and I love the people I work with

      Cons

      We've grown fast so not everything is as organized as I would love it, and there is a lot of work to do on a day to day basis. There are some small signs of becoming a bigger company (less cross-team collaboration for example) but steps are actively being taken to mitigate these.

      Pros

      It truly is a great place to work, people are great, manager respect and care about you personally. The benefits are pretty good too.

      Cons

      The work/life balance you can see makes an affect on people, but it really is honestly how you control it yourself. If you are able to get your things in order you will have no problem.
