Pros

Awesome Culture, hands on training, great people. They are always looking for ways to make their product better and keep customers happy.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say outside of the pool of companies that you can sell to continues to get smaller and smaller but that is bound to happen when companies grow.

Thanks for the review, and for spending some time with us growing your sales career, really glad it was a positive experience for you. We are working really hard to help make the company still maintain personal connections and meaningful autonomy through rapid growth, so if you have specific input on things that felt out of place, send them my way via email, would love to hear them. Most importantly, thanks for sharing your feedback and for being a HubSpot alumni! -Katie

Pros

Best Benefits Around, Gym, Unlimited Vacation....?(will explain on the Cons), Free Food, overall though depends on where you actually work, but just cause you have unlimited vacation....yea you will probably work more then 40 hours a week regardless.

Cons

Depends on the department you work in, but the manager is horrible. They do not know how to actually manage, the company was built on helping the employee's out, but the manager brings in the way of managing for a old fashion company who does not have unlimited vacation, which Hubspots motto is "As Long You Get Your Job Done" they tend to make you work more then you have to so they look good, along those lines, they do not praise the employee who actually does the whole work in the department, as for me...i did all the work...while the manager got all the benefits...promotions and bonuses...it's a slap to the face to watch someone (your manager) get the rewards you work for and nothing towards you.
