I think you're right on some of the pain points we have had in the past and some that we are still grappling with today, but I think you would find we've made some progress, though we still have more to go. Either way, you're spot on that the benefits are impressive and that being part of industry leadership is exciting--there is certainly never a dull moment around here. 9yAppreciate the write-up and you being part of our team, thank you! I agree that the very things that make HubSpot exciting make it hard to strike a balance when you want to take everything in--hopefully you feel the efforts we've made to equip managers with better tools on that front and set better examples of folks internally with a great balance, but if you have specific ideas we can do better on, please let me know, happy to brainstorm more creative suggestions there.
