      Amazing place to do great work and grow as a human.

      Pros

      Great people, great perks, they trust you to do your work. Free beer, and I feel like my hard work is valued.

      Cons

      None that I can really say. I am not a huge fan of commuting but I have the flexibility to work from home as needed.

      Autonomy Flexibility/ WFH Office perks Great product Company invests heavily in onboarding

      Cons

      Lack of career growth opportunities Young and inexperienced management No diversity especially in the sales org Not the place for strong female leaders to succeed Your past experience and education is of no value once you join, expect to wipe your slate clean and start over Perks and compensation is more suited for young professionals in their early 20s
