      Job was remote. Some good teammates here and there.

      Cons

      Leadership was a complete train wreck. Tech lead role was a huge scam. Favouritism towards lifers and politics will eat you alive.

      The product is incredible. Health care and some of the people are amazing

      Cons

      Poor managers being promoted up. My manager was a micromanager and his only focus was to become a Director at all costs. Zero empathy & would only support his colleagues he promoted up. It is so disheartening & disappointing.
