Pros
HubSpot has some truly great people, and I had the privilege of working alongside excellent leaders in the past. I was very proud to be part of the company, and I still think very highly of many of the people there
Cons
It can be a toxic environment if you cross the wrong people. Hitting targets often doesn’t seem to matter. The use of so-called ‘positive discrimination’ is very apparent — it was even said to me on multiple occasions. Don’t bring issues to HR; they’ll take upper management’s side.
