Pros

Great product, great training and management. Team is great.

Cons

As a sales rep you are required to dial 30 to 50 calls per day. Talk time managed like you are junior sales role. Certain reps are given opportunity from no where. Salary is also very poor.

Pros

Fully remote, good stock options, good culture with kind, friendly people, at the time was truly unlimited PTO with no need to clock days off

Cons

Pay is incredibly low for a tech company

Thanks for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear you found the culture supportive, enjoyed working with kind and friendly colleagues, and valued the flexibility of fully remote work. That’s the type of environment we want every HubSpotter to experience. We also hear your feedback on compensation. While we regularly review pay to ensure it’s competitive and equitable, we know it’s an area where expectations and experiences can differ. Thanks again for your contributions and for taking the time to share your perspective. Best of luck in your next chapter.

Pros

Here's a balanced Glassdoor review based on your experience: Pros: Excellent training and development for new hires - they really invest in getting associates up to speed Strong culture of diversity and inclusion Unlimited PTO policy was genuinely useful and flexible Family-friendly policies with good understanding for parents When you have the right manager, the support and advocacy can be excellent

Cons

Cons: Promotion process feels unnecessarily difficult even after proving your value - like they're deliberately making you jump through hoops for something you've already earned Zero flexibility on salary or promotion negotiations, which is frustrating Your entire experience hinges on your direct manager - can make or break your time there Company culture has declined noticeably over time with less investment in team building and morale Workload has become unsustainable - went from balanced to extremely stressful with poor work-life balance Understaffing is a major issue - when people leave, existing employees are expected to absorb multiple roles instead of backfilling positions Recent switch from unlimited to "flexible" PTO seems like a step backward Overall: Started strong with great training and culture, but the experience deteriorated significantly. Success depends heavily on manager quality, and recent changes suggest the company is prioritizing cost-cutting over employee experience. The workload and pace became unsustainable by the end of my tenure.
