Pros
very good pay package, small employee base in india...hence easy to get recognised and become a valuable employee. the place to be if you want to grow technically
Cons
you would crave for weekends. Latenights work is very common. Indian staff dont have a say. Its always what chinese counterparts decide. Language is a very big barrier. Its a boss-slave relationship than a boss-reportee kind. Management is really worse. Many of the veterans who have spent 10yrs here, are like frogs in the well. They havent really seen what really Project management is all about.
