      Great respect for Honeywell as an organization but it should have control over "discrimination" practices

      Pros

      Its a big organization and theoritically it is possible to have a great career with endless possibilities in the organization.

      Cons

      Depending on the company site you are working, it could be a nightmare or a great place to work. Some of the company sites particularly the smaller ones could have their own work culture with some of the old timers running the company like a dictator. Some of the sites could be very conservative with blatant discrimination against "outsiders".

      Pros

      Honeywell provides an excellent 401K match.

      Cons

      Too internally focused. Health insurance costs increase disproportionately every year. Not enough motivation/ recognition programs. Travel requirements. Regularly required to work additional time without compensation. Executive Management is disproportionately compensated.
