The brand recognition is high so it is an excellent job to have on your resume. The work/life balance is outstanding.

Cons

There have been many changes lately with benefits. A lot of the hourly staff were very unqualified for the jobs. New and inexperienced hourly staff is a major contributor to quality issues.
