      - outstanding incompetent local HR: career evolution based on political cronyism, no recognotion despite many year of continious involvement, learning, and obtained diploma, no knowledge of individual job responsabilities, many employee disgusted; -poor middle management involvement, scared people politically oriented; - no long term market or industrial startegy; no respect for employees, suppliers and very bad treat of its customers; - no real innovation, budget cuts at all levels, - permament reorganisations in order to make savings;
