      Pros

      Honeywell usually pays better then MOST of the companies that it competes against. Especially in the division that I was a part of, Building Controls.

      Cons

      Honeywell is known for frequent reorganizations so it can be a stressful place to work at times. Also the building division is dysfunctional because the don't actually staff every office with more then several people so when decisions need to be made someone from over one hour away has to make them.
