      Pros

      The people are the number one asset at the company. There are various skill lvels and different personalities. Striking the right cord with people is the key - they will then give you the time if you are willing to learn.

      Cons

      The corporate environment is changing at UOP quite a bit. The company is now entirely owned by Honeywell. As a result, the trim down and get immediate results seems to be the culture they are driving for without paying too much attention to growing the people internally. Can allow for various disconnects along the way.
