      Pros

      Opportunities up to senior manager levels, extremely hard afterwards. Very process-oriented : a good school. to develop. Strong in operations.

      Cons

      Poor management in Europe. Silo organization, no bridge between business unit, functional objectives not aligned with business objectives. Not enough focus on results. Bad atmosphere at the moment.

      No consideration, no Management at all, same topics built and stop then donne again due to a lot of useless "high level" discussion .Surface proactivity in search of productivity and cash only
