      there is no benefit from working in Hitachi

      Cons

      Psychological damages- They make you feel like you are inadequate and stupid and worthless public shaming, blaming and finger pointing is their culture you have no support. you need to be a political game player to survive there functional managers are uncooperative and unhelpful and resources are even worse

      some good people to work with. Some Flexible working arrangements.

      Cons

      Not understanding their obligation of Confidentiality and Privacy towards staff Ethics and values don’t align the world & lives of staff dont revolve around hitachi and it’s not hitachi’s way or the Highway.
