Pros

Good working environment and the staff are friendly. As a permanent employee, there is fairly good benefits/perks. The managers are really supportive and look after the team well.They are willing to support and invest money on their staff for career progression and often give good advice and feedback.

Cons

Sometimes have to work overtime but that is optional

Sometimes this means flexing by working longer hours but this should be the exception and not something we’d encourage as routine.
