      Pros

      * Ability to work a flexible schedule * Opportunities to work from home * Good people to work with. Most are willing to help when you ask.

      Cons

      * Poor communication from leadership. The intranet provides some company information, but there is no direct flow of information (how is company doing, what is business forecast, what are future goals/plans) from direct managers or above. * Project planning & management seems weak. * There seem to be a lot of documented processes, but either they are weak or not well followed so there is some lack of clarity regarding the what & how of the work you are doing.

      Exposure to International Projects, Package was good

      Cons

      Most of the employees are 25 years of experience with the company (it should be really beneficial for the employees but not)- they think they are super smart, and criticize your work, talk back, sheer politics, no respect. I'll just say one thing we all are humans, before 25 years you would have started the same way

      Pros

      Good working environment, clean. Work hard and your rewarded. Salary is very good and competitive. Good spirit within my section

      Cons

      Attitudes of some staff. Both with how they work;causing unnecessary damage and not caring about it. Some staff hide away on trains for most of the shift.
