Pros
* Ability to work a flexible schedule * Opportunities to work from home * Good people to work with. Most are willing to help when you ask.
Cons
* Poor communication from leadership. The intranet provides some company information, but there is no direct flow of information (how is company doing, what is business forecast, what are future goals/plans) from direct managers or above. * Project planning & management seems weak. * There seem to be a lot of documented processes, but either they are weak or not well followed so there is some lack of clarity regarding the what & how of the work you are doing.
