      Pros

      Good working environment and the staff are friendly. As a permanent employee, there is fairly good benefits/perks. The managers are really supportive and look after the team well.They are willing to support and invest money on their staff for career progression and often give good advice and feedback.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to work overtime but that is optional

We’re winning new contracts and expanding our horizons and, with that kind of rapid growth, things can get busy. Sometimes this means flexing by working longer hours but this should be the exception and not something we’d encourage as routine.

      Pros

      Great manager, hybrid work, flexibly if you work hard, good benefits, lots of growth. The culture is fantastic.

      Cons

      Lot of restructuring, needs a directory of who manages what, titles are vague and don't reflect what you actually do but everyone is super nice.

      People tend to help one another

      Cons

      Pay is terrible compared to industry standards, no bonus/stock option, and upper management has been micro-managing the department for over a year as of 2025.
