Extremely talented coworkers, everyone genuinely wants to help. Flexible hours. Free parking.

Cons

A bit overworked at the moment and they seem more willing to hire from outside people with less experience than promote from within. I feel like over a long term career I would have to quit and apply to get rehired in a better position to truly get promoted.
