Nice people, interesting work if you like rail, opportunities to do genuinely fun work.

Cons

Abysmal IT that actively hindered progress. Unresponsive, unhelpful, and detached Japanese colleagues that do not like working with you. Almost no document management, including the inability to find critical documents produced in the safety and approvals process. Very little engineering for an engineering company

It's well paid for factory work

Cons

Managers favour friends over others. Supplier parts shortages always seem to be big problem, leading to standing around with nothing to do. Get stuck on the same jobs for to long with not much rotation.
