      Only the work flexibility hours, but it can fast be a cons since a lot of employers abuse it and its terrible when needed to work together

      Payrises of 3% annualy, just ridiculous low and doesnt even cover inflation and the amount of work increased. The managements has no notion of how to properly manage a team, leading to work in pression and in a stress environment. They dont go 100% to any of management methodology. Onboarding was terrible and continuous to be to the new employees, nothing setup for them at the day 1 since no one is informed of their day 1 in a team. Really bad HR.
