      small team and flexible place to work

      You cannot stall at all when answering questions, otherwise you come across as not knowing what you’re talking about. Senior leadership was all promoted very quickly, and therefore they are inexperienced leaders.

      * Everyone is promoted to Director level or higher within six months. * Come in whenever, leave whenever, work whenever. * Lack of stock won't matter because Match will probably sandbag the valuation. * Bachelor(ette) contestants come through the office sometimes.

      * Leadership team isn't very qualified. * Core values only matter when they are convenient. * Dating apps are a waste of your time. * Bachelor(ette) contestants come through the office sometimes.

      Pros

      Hinge employees are very close and often hang out together outside of work. The atmosphere is both relaxed and casual, as well as very motivated and driven to succeed. Employees are given a lot of opportunities to take on new responsibilities. It’s a truly wonderful place to work.

      Cons

      Hinge is not for the lazy. If you want a job that lets you just take it easy, not having to stress too much, you won’t be happy at Hinge. There are sometimes quick turnarounds, changes of plans, new directions to run with, etc...but that’s startup life!
